What we collect

When you create an account or contact us, we collect the information you provide, including your name and email address. For a Fix-It Plan request, we collect room details, your uploaded room photo or photo link, budget notes, and the message you send.

How we use it

We use this information to operate RoomRoast, authenticate your account, respond to support and deletion requests, prepare the requested Fix-It Plan, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and payments

RoomRoast uses its application, authentication, storage, and MadeThis checkout services to provide the product. Payments are handled through the existing MadeThis checkout flow; RoomRoast does not collect or store your full payment-card details. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention and choices

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any legal, tax, fraud, or dispute requirements. You can ask for access, correction, support, or account deletion through our Support page or Account Deletion Request page.

Children

RoomRoast is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
